Situated in the Balule, on the banks of the Olifant River within the Greater Kruger Park, and offering affordable self-catered or fully-catered accommodation, Ximongwe River Camp is a tented camp featuring two lodges.

Hippos, crocodiles, elephant and buffalos come regularly here, and lions have occasionally ventured through the camp. Kudu’s, bush buck and warthogs graze regularly in the camp, and the vervet monkeys are often playing in the trees on the river bank.

A few ideally placed benches provide the perfect spots for a sundowner and some bird watching.

Children of all ages are welcome.
