The 4 star Colonial on Arundel B&B is set in the picturesque, malaria free town of Addo bordering the Addo National Elephant Park and a short 45 minutes drive from the Port Elizabeth airport.
Offering luxury on a serene working Addo citrus farm, it is situated just 15 minutes from the Addo Elephant National Park, close to the many private game reserves where visitors can enjoy a Big 5 wildlife experience.
ACCOMMODATION
The Kirkwood Suite & The Fitzpatrick Suite
Each of the suites is air-conditioned with private entrance comprising a large bedroom overlooking the garden offering a queen-sized extra length / extra depth bed appointed with percale linen, down duvets & dual controlled electric blankets. Facilities include a safe, gowns, pool towels, hair dryer, radio-alarm clock & guest amenities. A large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and extra large shower enhance the unit. The suite has its own spacious private lounge which leads onto the garden with private swimming pool and is appointed with bar fridge, tea /coffee facilities, fan and a wide range of coffee table books.
The Farmhouse Room
The standard suite in essence comprises 3 rooms – the main bedroom with twin beds, an inter-leading dressing room with single bed facility for a third person, and an en-suite bathroom comprising single vanity, and large colonial bath with hand-shower. The Farmhouse Suite does not have the use of a swimming pool, but it does have the use of the outdoor bath, The Wallow. The Farmhouse Room has an outlook over the citrus orchards and a private entrance and the use of the large sprawling colonial farmhouse verandah, overlooking the gardens.
