Riverside Estates is situated on 5 acres in the vibrant harbour village of Hout Bay. This unique retreat is ideal for holidays, business and special occasions. The buildings are set out in a lush garden of exceptional beauty. There are three swimming pools, a quiet stream running through the property, secluded areas for silent meditation and a garden gazebo basking in the early morning sun.

Accommodation

A Cape Dutch Manor house offers bed and breakfast accommodation. Five classically elegant bedrooms with air-conditioning, mini bars, king size or twin beds with quality percale linen and Juliet balconies.

Each of the five self-catering cottages are individually decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences which you require. The cottages are all self-contained and set ina lush garden through which a rippling stream runs through.

Facilities

Delicious breakfasts are served in the pleasant and cheerful breakfast room. Living areas include a cozy pub and reading lounge. The sparkling 17 meter pool, set in the terraced garden, will gladden the heart of the sun worshipper.

The scenic Hout Bay Valley is 25 minutes from the Waterfront and center of Cape Town, 30 minutes from the airport, and conveniently close to golf courses, wine estates and the beaches of the Atlantic coastline.
