The Seagull Penthouse open plan suite is located on the first floor with stunning 180 degree beach and ocean views. The suite is equipped with twin beds/ king bed, air-conditioning, seating area leading onto the upstairs patio, 32" LCD TV with DSTV bouquet, tea / coffee facilities, full en-suite bathroom with double showers, center bath (with all views) and hot towel rail.

Superior Ocean Suites

Open plan suites on the ground floor have breathtaking beach and ocean views, with sliding doors leading onto a patio, the garden and the beach beyond. This suite has twin beds/ king bed, sitting area, air-conditioning or under-floor heating and fan, 32" LCD TV with DSTV bouquet, tea / coffee facilities, full en-suite bathroom and direct beach access.

Superior Ocean Family Suites

The open plan Family Suites on the ground floor have breathtaking beach and ocean views, with sliding doors leading onto a patio, the garden and the beach beyond. Room facilities include sitting area, under-floor heating and fan, 32" LCD TV with DSTV bouquet, tea / coffee facilities, full en-suite bathroom and direct beach access.

Luxury Ocean Room

The Luxury Ocean Room on the ground floor have breathtaking beach and ocean views, with sliding doors leading onto a private patio, the garden and the beach beyond. There are twin beds/ king bed, sitting area, access to all guesthouse amenities, 32" LCD TV with DSTV bouquet, tea / coffee facilities, full open plan en-suite bathroom and direct beach access.

Standard Rooms

These comfortable and well appointed rooms are equipped with double or king/twin beds, although small, but do not have ocean or beach views. Room facilities include fan, TV with DSTV bouquet, tea and coffee facilities, full en-suite bathroom, easy beach access and access to all guesthouse amenities.

Magna Tubes Apartment (sleeps 4 adults & 2 children under the age of 10)

The spacious living room and adjoining kitchenette is air-conditioned and shares breathtaking views with the main bedroom (king / twin beds) and en-suite bathroom (bath).The second bedroom (king / twin beds) and en-suite bathroom (shower) is comfortably spacious. There is a private entrance, remote alarm system, 32" LCD TV with DSTV bouquet and daily service.

Secrets Apartment (sleeps 4 adults & 2 children under the age of 10)

It's a 2 bedroom (queen & twin beds) luxury apartment with air-conditioning and full bathroom. The lounge, dining area and kitchenette have breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Facilities include private entrance, flat screen TV with DSTV bouquet and daily service.

Both apartments offer braai facilities right in front of the guesthouse, either on the lawn or on the sand lower down. The braai room is fully equipped with Weber braai's, tongs, cutlery, crockery and glasses to be used on wooden tables outside.
