Samara is 55km outside Graaff-Reinet, the fourth oldest town in South Africa, full of charm and history as well as shops, museums, restaurants and friendly people.
The Mountain Retreat is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of city living, to return to a slower pace of life and experience the true wilderness.
Accommodation
The 3 delightful double en-suite bedrooms in the main homestead and 2 further en-suite bedrooms in the beautifully restored Victorian barn can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is a comfortable living room with fireplace, a dining room and a veranda with jacuzzi offering stunning views.
Please note that there is no electricity although there is a generator which runs for a couple of hours a day.
