There are 2 luxury en-suite rooms, 2 presidential suites and 2 self catering apartments.

All rooms are equipped with under floor heating, air-conditioning, heated towel rails, DSTV and tea and coffee making facilities. This is equaled with a view of the Hartebeespoort dam.

Kosmos Manor presidential suites have their own walk-in cupboards, en-suite bathrooms, fire place and private balconies over looking the dam.

There are 2 self catering units which consists of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The self catering units have their own private garden and share a swimming pool. The sauna is also on the self catering level.
