Nestled at the foot of the world famous Table Mountain, Esperanza enjoys a location among pretty parklands.

This Three Star boutique B&B includes just six double rooms to ensure exclusivity and privacy. The rooms are spacious, airy and washed in light. They are tastefully decorated with colonial or African themes, and include televisions, a dresser, wardrobes and mini safe.

En-suite bathrooms accompany every room, some of them with opaque windows and antique ball-and-claw bathtubs.

Polished wooden floors give you a natural feeling underfoot, while above you the pressed-ceilings remind you of the luxurious Victorian era in which the house was built. Now over 100 years old, it was completely restored in 1996, and has been lovingly maintained since.

Facilities

A small splash pool and sundeck add to your relaxation. Secure parking, laundry and a full English breakfast also come as part of the service. Esperanza Guesthouse also provides a public minibar, storage for suitcases and free wi-fi.

Activities

Centrally situated in the suburb of Oranjezicht, the guest house sits beneath Table Mountain and is less than 10 minutes drive from Cape Town city centre. It is also within easy reach of Camps Bay and the beach. A shopping mall, banks, movie house and wide variety of restaurants are all found nearby and access to the main arterial routes of the city is also effortless.
