Cape St Francis Resort

Cape St Francis Resort provides self-catering and B&B accommodation from luxury beach villas to upmarket beach cottages and affordable apartments.

The Cape St Francis Resort is the ideal base from which to explore all that the area has to offer - from golf, canal and river cruises, surfing, whale watching, walking and hiking to our very own penguin rehabilitation centre.

ACCOMMODATION

BEACH BREAK

Beach Break is luxury 5 star self-catering and B&B accommodation consisting of 3 separate villas (offering a total of 12 en-suite bedrooms) set on the edge of the dunes, overlooking the pristine Cape St Francis beach between Seal Point and Shark Point Nature Reserves.

Beach Break Villa is the largest with 5 en-suite bedrooms. 3 are doubles of which 2 have full bathrooms while 2 are twins with shower only.

The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area is spacious and opens onto a deck with a swimming pool as well as a smaller plunge pool.

The outside boma / braai area is tucked away and well protected from both the east and west winds.

The top floor of Beach Break consists of 1 double room with full bathroom as well as a private balcony and lounge.

Seagulls Song and Wave Warrior

The other 2 villas are aptly named Seagulls Song and Wave Warrior. These have 4 bed rooms , 2  of them are double sea facing rooms with king size bed. The 2 twin en -suite (shower only) rooms are situated at the back of the villa and overlook the garden and remainder of the Cape St Francis Resort.

Kitchens are well equipped with fridge/ freezer, microwave, dish washing machine, weber braai and crockery and cutlery. Villas have direct beach access, small pool and double lock up garages.

VILLAGE BREAK

In the heart of the Resort and nestled in the dunes you will find Village Break which consists of cottages built in the traditional Cape Dutch style  and  vary in size from 2 to 5 bedrooms each with  most bedrooms being en-suite.

The cottages are comfortably equipped in a beach cottage decor and have a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering as well as a limited DSTV bouquet and a braai area.

Five Bedroom Cottages

Downstairs: Open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 1 bedroom with double bed and full en-suite bathroom with separate shower facility.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (double bed) with full en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds share a full bathroom. There are stunning sea views.

Three Bedroom Cottages

Downstairs: 1 double bedroom downstairs shower en-suite, open plan kitchen/living/dining area with fireplace, sliding door leading onto shaded patio.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms (1 double & 1 twin).

Free Standing Thatch Cottage (sleeps 4-6)

Downstairs: Open plan kitchen/dining/living area leading onto deck, 1 bedroom en suite (twin).

Upstairs: Main bedroom en suite, 2nd bedroom, bathroom & TV Room. The cottage has breathtaking sea views.

Four Bedroom Cottages

The 4 bedroom cottages are fully equipped semi-detached thatch houses with parking available next to houses

Downstairs: Enclosed patio area with gate, open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 1 bedroom with double bed and full en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed and full en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds that share a full bathroom.

Two Bedroom Cottages

Stunning 2 bed room cottages have their own private garden and outside braai area, downstairs there is a open plan kitchen with a lounge dinning area.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (double & twin) both full en-suite bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with fireplace, sliding door leading onto outdoor area, parking next to unit.

CLUB BREAK

Club Break represents affordable but comfortable 3 star self-catering accommodation.  It consists of a number of one or two-roomed apartments situated around a swimming pool. Altogether, Club Break has 34 rooms of which 24 are double rooms and the remainder are twins. These apartments are decorated in a simple, stylish manner with open plan rooms and fully equipped kitchens.

“Kingfish and Marlin”

These recently completed spacious units consist of 2 private en-suite bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double, an open plan lounge dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The braai area outside finishes off this self-catering apartment.

The units are close to all the Resort facilities, including the pub and restaurant, swimming pool and Resort Shop and are a short walk from the magnificent Cape St Francis beach. Each unit is equipped with a TV and DSTV bouquet and is serviced by our housekeeping staff. Parking is in front of the unit but not undercover. 

Each apartment is fully equipped for self-catering with en-suite bedrooms, DSTV, braai area, fridge/ freezer, stove, balcony, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryer, heater, table & chairs (occasional).
