Bushwillow Lodge is a 4 star bush lodge offering luxury self-catering and B&B (with or without dinner) accommodation and is situated in a Private Nature & Game Reserve on The Elephant Coast.

 

It is a good place to base oneself to explore, whether it is Sodwana Bay in the North, St Lucia in the South, Hluhluwe Umfolozi Park in the West or False Bay in the East. Bushwillow allows one to enjoy both beach and bush from one destination.


ACCOMMODATION

 

Main Lodge

The Main lodge has a plunge pool, tastefully decorated lounge and dining area with huge foldaway glass doors, which open out on to the expansive deck and pool area. There are eucalyptus wooden floors, a good choice of coffee table books, magazines and a variety of games in the cupboard and a fully equipped kitchen with wooden cupboards (can be used by guests who choose the self-catering option)


Tambotie

The Tambotie chalet has an extra length king size bed and with its floor to ceiling sliding windows and doors, percale sheets and mohair blankets, air-conditioning, spacious en-suite bathroom (with frameless shower & free standing cast iron bath) with hand-made twin basins, tea/coffee facilities, private deck area and outdoor table with chairs.


Marula

The Marula chalets consist of 2 en-suite bedrooms separated by a private lounge area that is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the Marula rooms.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and can be made up as either king or twin sized rooms. The bathrooms are a mixture of old and new, with Victorian bath, frameless shower and a large Jacaranda vanity top with hand-made and original basins.

The private lounge area has tea/coffee facilities as well as a sofa that can convert to a sofa bed. There is a large deck area at the front of the chalets that can be accessed from either the bedrooms or the private lounge area.
