Situated in Betty's Bay on the scenic whale coast route between Cape Town and Hermanus, Bucaco Sud Guesthouse is a provencal style home with great ambience and attention to detail.
Accommodation
Bucaco Sud offers two standard rooms and four superior rooms.
The two standard rooms consist of a standard double bed with percale cotton bedding, en-suite shower, tea/ coffee making facilities and heaters. They are both sea facing and lead out to an outdoor terrace with individual patio furniture.
The superior rooms feature either queen or twin beds with percale cotton bedding and an en-suite shower. Room facilities include tea/coffee making facilities, TV and a heater.
One of the superior rooms is also referred to as Honeymoon room. Instead of an en-suite shower it consists of a romantic Victorian bath.
All of the superior rooms have either sea and mountain views or are sea and pool facing.

Activities
Being a part of Southern Africa's first internationally recognized UNESCO Biosphere Nature Reserve (The Kogelberg) the whole area is considered the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom with some 1600 species.
The Harold Porter National Botanical gardens is within minutes walking from Buçaco Sud.
Activities in the area include:

• African Penguin colony at Stoney Point.
• Hiking Trails.
• Rock Climbing.
