Beachside Villa, situated in Camps Bay, offers spectacular views, combined with elegantly designed and spacious five star living. Choose between the double story Villa or single story Penthouse with stunning sea views and heated jacuzzi. Both units can be rented separately or combined to form eight-bedroomed accommodation. Single room accommodation is also available.
The Villa
The villa has 5 luxury en-suite bedrooms. Balconies from the upper level offer views of Cape Town’s Twelve Apostles, Camps Bay beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The lower level features open plan lounge and dining areas that connects to the surrounding patio through glass sliding doors. Adjacent to the formal dining area is a separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen that features an open plan, informal dining and lounge area with full entertainment systems.
The outside area of the Villa offers a large salt pool, a barbeque area, generous outdoor dining furniture and plenty of sun lounges. It also has a large outdoor entertaining area. There is secure garage parking for one vehicle and off-street parking for an additional vehicle.
The Penthouse
By taking an elevator to the front door of Beachside Penthouse you enter in a private retreat where you can relax in the peace and comfort of this exclusive self-catering apartment.
With spectacular all-round views of the Twelve Apostle mountain range, Lion’s Head and Camps Bay beach, the Penthouse offers modern, tastefully decorated accommodation. It comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms – 1 king, 1 queen and 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms have sea views and lead onto the terrace. The penthouse has a heated jacuzzi that seats 8 on the terrace and secure garage parking for one vehicle and off-street parking for an additional vehicle.

Camps Bay’s greatest attraction is the palm fringed cosmopolitan beachfront boasting one of Cape Town’s most popular beaches, evident from the vibrant buzz that emanates from the many pavement cafes and restaurants that line this sunset strip.
