doorstep. Also easily accessible are the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town City
Centre and Peninsula beaches. Please note that the apartment does not have
a pool.

The apartment consists of one bathroom, one kitchen, one
main bedroom, an open-plan lounge/dining area incorporating an additional sleep
area, plus an invitingly big balcony. The apartment is non smoking and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
The bathroom features a large shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle,
toaster and all crockery and cutlery.
Linen and bath towels are supplied.
